Chef Tanq’s initial plan was to open a pizza by the slice Restaurant, a contractors huge disappointment created a pivot. He has now successfully built his chicken wings brand to a full grill house but it wasn’t without the Headaches. Shortly after major renovations, his restaurant was destroyed by the government and he had to think fast to keep his business going. Now he is better for it. Listen to the podcast
