Mental health is something we should not take for granted. I have thrown the word “trauma” around more than a few times, I strongly believe in this time in our lives, we are all collectively going through a level of uncertainty and anxiety and this is across the board. As an entrepreneur in the Food space I am having to tackle a whole new set of problems that don’t yet have a clear cut solutions. This is the new reality
